I am installing 3.2 Taurus gas engine. Do you need to install all radio equipment at least 12 inches from motor. Can you elaborate on this. What type of tank would you use.
Anything I should know about throttle control etc.
Your info would be greatly appreciated.

gam,
About 10" separation is best. Run a non-metalic throttle control (nyrod). Most any tank will be OK, so long as you use a gas compatible plug. My guess is a 24 oz. tank would be the recommended size.

Actually....what I do is to keep the ignition components wayyyyyyy up front, use a plastic throttle pushrod (the ones from Dubro that have the plastic rod inside the plasttic sleeve work well for me), and the throttle servo goes behind the tank, with support from the bulkhead.
