Default 64Ei Head temp ?

Bax, Thanks for your time.....

I am running 50:1 synthetic, swinging a 23-8 prop at 6400 RPM. Head temp seem's high at 280 Degrees! This is cowled or open to the air on my Egd 540.

Does the Fuji oil give this engine more performance than high quality products on the market?

How is the engine running? We've not done anything with head temps and consider them unreliable for determining how a model engine is running.

The Fuji oil may or may not give better performance. What it does to is allow you to run lower percentages of oil in the fuel once the engine's had a chance to break in.
