Any advice? Any recommendations? I bought the special Moki backplate mount, but it's way too big for the engine box - one of the three mounting bolts hits nothing but air.

Hi Woody.
Get yourself a Great Planes giant adjustable mt. #GPMG1101.
Though it says it'll take up to a 1.80, it'll take the Moki 2.10.
Just finished installing an ST 3250 in my kid's 1/4 scale GP Giles 202 with this mount. The Moki is a bit wider than the ST 3250 but the mount will fit; I know, I checked it out. Was going to put the Moki in the Giles but thought better of it as it would have been way too much power.
Also like these graphite mounts better as they'll break instead of the engine in a bad crack-up. People also say they absorb a bit of vibration.
Good luck.
