I need some instruction on changing the Plug Cap and Spring on a Zenoah Engine.

Need a better explanition,, don't understand the question ???

I have the old spring and boot off and have new pieces to install. When I took it off I couldn't see how the wire was attached to the spring.

Screw the boot onto the wire. Done.

Not that hard.

There are two pieces, the spring and the boot...The spring is a small coil with 1/2 inch long straight part sticking out...there is a 90 degree bend on the part that sticks out...The bent part is sharp on the end...You will see a small hole in the wire where the old piece was stuck in the wire...Stick the end in the hole...Put some WD40 in the boot...Push the boot on the wire...
