Can someone please give me some advice.
I have two (New) kalt 22 they are the older g23.In order to start them I have to block the carb air intake with my finger and let in a little air in to keep them running as son as i take my finger out, the engine stops running. I have tried setting the needles from 1 to 3 turns with no succsess. I have taken the carb apart and it looks fine. Sould I try getting a new gasket kit for the carbs or maybe try something else???

From your description, it looks like you are not getting enough fuel to the engine to keep it going.
I suggest that you probably have a bad pump or metering needle diaphram. Get a carbeurator repair kit for the carb from your local small engine or lawnmower repair shop and replace both the diaphrams and gaskets. Also check the screen on the fuel inlet to the carb. It may be plugged. While you are at it, spray some carbeurator cleaner in all of the carb passages.

If you can get it to run with your finger over the hole then I would say that you either have a blocked screen in the carb or the pulse hole is plugged. You will either have a fuel line between the crankcase and the carb or a hole in the bottom of the carb that should be in line with a hole in your casket, carb block, and crank case.
