Default BME supertiger G90 gas conversion

Does anyone have any reports on this motor? It looks like it might be a good bet for a 60 size Edge or profile plane.

The fact that nobody gave any reports on reliability, power, etc. caused me to post this inquiry in the hopes that someone might give usefull information on how good/bad/other this conversion is.[sm=spinnyeyes.gif][sm=spinnyeyes.gif][sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

Use the search feature here and do a search as this engine has been discussed quite a bit along those lines.

If my memory serves me correct, Keith at BME made an offer to anyone with a BME 90 that he would insure that it ran to specs although I don't remember his exact words. He has the specs on their website and they are pretty impressive. They are upstanding folks at BME and if you are truly interested in buying one give them a call and they can fill you in on the details. I have had very good success with the SuperTigre 90 Glow and it seems that due to some of the mods needed to convert it to run on gas (Needle bearing rod among others) it runs almost exactly like the glow. Good luck and happy flying.[8D]
