Default DA50 replacement spark plug

Hi guys

does anyone know the spark plug nuber for the DA50 engine?

I cant even find a spark plug remover in my local lawn mower shop that will fit the spark plug. Are they a metric head or something?

What a bugger beautiful big plane that wont start

Thankyou for your help

Just measured 3 similar plugs.
CM6..hex is .546, OAL base to top without the washer is .985, base to end is .435
Champion Y82 is .555 hex, base to top without washer is 1.000, base to end is .439
Denso U20MU hex is .552, OAL base to top without washer is .996, base to end is .440
Not enough difference to make a difference....
A 9/16 hex socket fits all 3
Or 14 mm....

Rockauto.com has the CM-6 for $2.03 ea. but you have to buy a box of 10. Still a pretty good deal.

The CM-6 seems like hens teeth in Australia. Ill try and investigate the other options RCIGN gave. good info

Once again RCuniverse does the trick. what a great support group.
