Default huge gas conversion?

I made a ryobi good engine.
I made a poulan 46 great engine

Now I want to make a 60-70cc engine to power a 1/3 stoudacher that will weigh about 20lbs and I want good 3d power and I think a engine this size would be great.

What are you using for a converted engine around this size and how much does it weigh.Do you have any pictures?

ps

I want to do a conversion, I like to tinker, please no coments about, just go buy a zdz or bme etc.

the edge will be under powered with the ryobi,I use mine in a dynaflite flybaby. use the poulan 46 and hold on ,The poulan only weighs a couple oz. more, mine is in a
h9 1/4 cap

Just go buy an RCS engine, that's your best bet.

Sorry, HAD to do it.

Default engines

bn120: Is your 46 poulan a smooth runner? What props do you like. Is the engine smoother with wood or man made material props. I said it that way, because I do not know all the different materials used in props. Did you use the pro or standard series engine? Thanks Captinjohn

How about looking for a husqvarna engine. the last 2 numbers of a model are the CCs as in model 3120 is a 120cc or 7.3" a 272cc or 288 would be super. Tyr ebay and search "Husqvarna saw"

OK here is what I ended up with 2 stihl 56.5cc a 49cc and a 91cc I bought them all for 10 bucks from a local lawn shop,I already choped up 2 of them, the older one with the magnesium case is 3.25 lbs and the other is 3.5 lbs it is made more like the poulan 46 I have and the us35 also.
need to give ch a call to get ign. when I get it going I will let you all know

ps I cant wait to get my hands in to the 91cc this thing is huge ar ar ar ar ar

captain my poulan likes a 20-10 prop and with the velocity stack it runs all so smoooooooth and will tick over as low as a engine with ign. mine has the mag but it has timing advance

Darin, I've got one of the Poulan 46cc's (2.8ci) sitting in the garage in a chain saw thats ready to trash due to needed external parts. What needs to be done to convert it?

Default Poulan 46 & cap

bn120: Thanks for the imformation on prop size ect. Did you have to do any mods to the Cap for flying with the 46cc Poulan on it? That was 1/4 scale..right? Thanks John
