what is a light and readily available engine to convert in the 60-70cc range.

ps it needs to be afordable as well

Nothing in that range is inexpensive, if starting with a new chainsaw...
Many saw shops and rental yards have a back room where they have old saws used for spare parts...Any chainsaw conversion that uses the stock flywheel magneto will be fairly heavy, probably around 6 pounds....
Light, inexpensive and available don't much go together....
