Tower is selling yellow Tygon...which it the commonly used gasoline fuel tubing. Tower does not show any other colors except in their GLOW fuel tubing products...which is a totally different material, and will not stand up to gasoline.
Thanks for your note.

again...thats silicone tubing, available in an extensive array of colors, from many sources...
It is not tygon...and silicone is not for gasoline.

Aquablue (Gas-Diesel)
Here is the perfect alternative to neoprene for your gas and diesel fuel lines. Made for the big boys and their high powered giant scale engines, Aerotrend's Aqua Blue's high heat resistance, pliability and thick wall means reliability and strength you can depend on.
its blue they also have black for gas

I've used Aerotrend Aquablue for years in gassers, works better than tygon by a long ways. It was sorta hard to get a while ago don't know what that was all about.

Yes I do chage it out my Tygon annually, and thats why I wanted to do a color code...I got my vent and clunk lines crossed last time. Oh what fun it was trying to run the good old reliable G-62. It took me a few minutes to discover my error. I was almost desperate enough to get some plain old black fuel hose from the auto parts store.
Now...one blue (vent), and one yellow (clunk), will keep things clean and simple.
thanx again.

"The AquaBlue.... Well to say it's stiff would be an understatement, it makes year old Tygon feel soft...
"
Thanks for the heads-up

Black Neopreme is best for the tank. Just use 5/32 brass and it's almost impossible to get off (ask me how I know..do it right the first time or get ready to tug). I use a brass nipple in the middle to keep it from folding back and getting stuck at the front of the tank. Use little bread wrapper twisties with the plastic/paper stripped off to hold it on.
