Default Name that engine part two

Can anybody tell me what this motor is? I bought a whole bunch of engines and parts at a local university's Building and Grounds equipment auction and there were a bunch of these crankcase reed engines included a number of them look to be brand new. I make them out to be 1.31" bore and 1.18" stroke so 1.59CID or 26cc. The only markings are 68923 on the cylinder and 93737 on the lower crankcase half. I disassembled one and they have single ring pistons and four generously sized transfer ports but no boost port. They have excedingly high compression over 110 psi and a tight squish band clearence of .022". What the heck are they?
