In the current issue of "High Flight Magazine" (IMAA) on page 81 there is a picture of a carb mount and a behind the engine exhaust/muffler assembly produced by Tony Clark. It's not an ad, it is mounted on a member's plane. It is intrigueing, particularly the "flush" carb mount for scale models and being able to easily bury the entire exhaust would be nice too. The trouble is, I have never heard of a Tony Clark who does this kind of thing. Do any of you guys know anything about it?

I have their carb rotator on my G-62, works good and lower the intake noise as well. Also their hydro mount system is worth considering, it reduces the stress on the airframe considerably. But the parts they offer are only for Zenoah.

Thanks guys, the spelling in Hi Flight was TONY, now I know it is TONI. I like the looks of the muffler mount and the carb mount. Will give them a try.

Toni Clark (and Gerhard Reinsch) are well know here in Europe. Great service!!!
They are distributor of DA engines and also sell Zenoah engines under TITAN Zenoah brand.
User's Manuals of TITAN engines are great. READ THEM.

I bought two of those 90 degree carb elbows from toni-clark 3 yrs ago. They were expensive then, even more $$ now. They are not just an elbow, the gas passage is sort of a corkscrew shape for a larger smoother radius, minimizing flow restiction, neat.

Tommy, do you mean like the ones rcdude7 posted? Thoses are the kind we need. I don't want to but I may have to pay that $62.00. It's just hard to justifiy that cost just for scale sake.

CALL LARRY from LSPROENGINES.COM or rcignition, they both have 90 degree carb intakes

In Toni´s "main" catalogue I believe he shows how to make a carb elbow from common items like copper piping. That should be an ok replacement for the more expensive cast item.

Pelle Gris, you are correct. There is one web-site everyone should go to & learn many good details of how too solve a lot of little problems with setting up your engine & airplane to function right. I thought it was really nice of Toni too give us this data. Many other places selling the items he has would never tell or show everyone how to make them yourself. Other places would just sell & make top profit. I would like to buy more of the items from Toni, but the rate of exchange makes things even more $$ to buy. Sure wish I lived near his factory! Hats off to Toni Clark....Best Regards Capt,n<hr />http://www.toni-clark.com/index_en.htm<hr />

Vogelsang Aeroscale imports some toni clark items (including the G62 carb rotator) - they are in the U.S. and they advertise here on RCU. They sell the Clark rotator for $59.
