I need a Gas engine in the 35cc range and have been looking at the Evolution 35Gt and was wondering if anyone had any feedback, GOO or Bad.

Thanks

Ron

Search under MVVS 35 or 35 IFS and you should find a thread. It is the same engine. As far as I have heard, nothing but positive feedback.

Just make sure you put it on a pipe.... standard mufflers it's not the most powerful engine out there.

well it may not be as powerful as some 40cc engines, but I have a MVVS 35 with a inverted side muffler in my 15&1/2 pound 82 inch span GeeBee Y and it pulls it very well,,

my MVVS 35 with that inverted side muffler will spin a Zinger 20x8 Pro at 7500 "tuned for flight" and a wood 3W 20x8 at 6800 "tuned for flight",, although I think I need to spin it a bit higher than 6800 so I am going to order a 3W 19x8,,

my engine is 3 summers old now and I have not kept up on the MVVS electronic ignition, but if you get the same ignition I have you will need a 5 cell pack, just not enough spark on a 4 cell to start it well, but you better ask about that before buying, other than that I have had NO problems and I love the motor,, once primed and popped mine will start in 2, 3, or 4 flips..

The 45cc is lighter then the 35cc. Seems like a no brainer, more power less weight. All the Evolution/MVVS motor run very well.
