hey buddy......need to ask a quick question.......or as far as that goes , any of you motor guru's out there. I'm installing my BME 115 up with the DA 100 header's and MTW 75 cans ( front exhaust down tubes). I cut the lengths to 7" on one side and 7-1/2" on the other side because of the jug offset on the motor. what is the distance i'm looking for inside the teflon coupler between the cannister and header? The gap between the two needs to be about how long? Thanks man!!

Cut both headers to the same length, if one side is longer than the other you will get a different tuning length so cut the one that is 7.5" down to 7" to match the other one. .5" may not be significant, but it can be. As far as the space between the header and pipe inlet, 2-3mm is fine, you just dont want them touching.
