Default Evolution 35GT

Just bought a used Evolution 35GT. Run , never flown. It appears to have an older style ignition system. Solid box with wires coming out. No plugins or status lights. What is the difference between the old and new? Is it worth upgrading?

According to Pe Reivers or Dar Zeelon, I think it is Pe, other than ignition systems and whether the piston is carbon coated or not, is the difference between these engines over the last half decade. Forget the anodized parts. They indicate nothing in particular.

I would ask Pe or Dar your question directly, unless they want to answer it here. Both people are available on the MVVS support group here on RCU. Both are very knowledgeable fine gentlemen.
