Hello, I dont know if this is an easy fix or not... maybe as simple as adjusting the high and low needles. Yesterday I started up my brison 2.4 engine that i have mounted on a 27% christian eagle to get it ready to fly this comming weekend. It started up just fine.... I let it run on 1/4 throttle for about 5 min after it has been sitting this past winter. Then throttled up to full throttle slowly...... sounded great just like a brand new motor! let it run there for a few min brought it back down to idle. then revved it up a few times and taxied it around a little. then put it back in the tail holder and ran it up to full throttle again... this time it sounded really bogged down like. so i killed it and found that the muffler was loose, so i thought that was why it was bogging down. So i took it inside for the night took the cowl off and tightened the muffler up really good. Today i got the plane back out side and started the motor again. let it idle for a couple minutes and then revved it up to full throttle..... it still was sounding really bogged down, so i shut off the motor and checked the muffler, this time it was tight still..... I cant figure out why it is bogging down so bad... i checked the needles and they seem like they havnt moved at all. Other than that i have no clue....
Hope you all can help
Thanks

I would say that if this is the first time you used it this year that there is some dirt or congealed fuel in your carb. The first think I would do would be to clean the carb up. Also is your battery up to par ?
