I know that Menz and 3W props are shorter than their advertised length, a 27" Menz is about 26.5".

I know that MSC propellers are their true length as advertised, 26" is 26".

What other brand props are their true advertised lengths? Mejzlick, Fuchs, bolly, etc., etc.

My Mejzlick is right on the money. Seems that most imported wooden props are some sort of metric. The fiber props seem to be accurate_bob

I just measured my Airwild NX 21x8 propeller and it is a full 21 inches.
