Default zenoah g38 problems

I have a zenoah g38 on a 1/4scale cap 232 and love the motor to plane combo, but I cannot get it to run perfectly. When the engine is at full throttle (butterfly all the way open) it will die although at about 3/4 throttle it seems to be running at full throttle, with a nice high rpm. I've taken the carb completely apart and cleaned everything thoroughly and replaced fuel lines and made sure I have good fuel pressure but when it all went back together I have the same problem. the engine idles fine and I cannot tune the problem out with the needle valves, I have an 18x6 for a prop.
any suggestions?

What happens when you richen the high needle 1/4 of a turn?

You may have it set to lean because you want it to sound right with a low pitch prop. Put a higher pitch propon it and richen it out. Just a wild guess. Capt,n

ritchening the high needle 1/4 turn, no difference at all, infact high needle has little to no affect on the engine after 1 and1/2 turns out.
never had this problem, I have a carb kit coming also.

Throttle servo moving too far, pushing throttle plate past 90 degrees .
