Default AvioMac engines

I am looking into buying a twin cylinder gas engine, around the 50cc-80cc range. I noticed AvioMac has a 70cc twin and an 85cc twin for a more than resonable price. Has anyone out there heard of Aviomac and know of the quality and performance?

Default RE: AvioMac engines

I used to have the 120cc aviomac. It is a nice engine, starts easy, good power and good price. The only problem with them is that they are heavier than the ZDZ`s, 3W`s and DA`s. They use magnetos instead of electronic ignitions.
It will be hard to get spare parts in the States, which is something to consider too.
