Adding the smoke fluid cools the pipes and changes the tuning effect of the pipes on exhaust scavenging. So, either you have to change header length, prop, needle setting on the carb, or get more airflow over the pipes to keep them cool without having to add smoke fluid.

what kind of rpm numbers are you getting?

what is your idle RPM?

were did you get the headers and tune pipe?

how many gallons of fuel have you burned on the motor?

what is the weight of the plane AUW?

The airplane in the workshop now , I well ask them to give me the weight and prop RPM .

I recommend adding at 3-4 inch section of 25mm pipe to increase header length. We like to see 12-14" header lengths for 27" props and shorter headers for 26" props with higher operating RPM. Introducing smoke fluid with increased performance usually indicates too short of a header or severly overheating tuned pipes from a lack of adequate ventilation....

Yes, We can service your engine. We are the importer for ZDZ in the United States and do all reapir work here at our facility in Maryland. You say the engine was purchased from Esprit Model. Was there no information included with the engine with our instructions, warranty or contact information ? Please fill out the Service Request Form on our "FAQ" section.
