Default J&A 3.2 Spark Plug

Can anyone help me out with what spark plug to use on this motor? It's an older motor that i just got and pulled the plug out. It says it's a NGK BPMR6A. I've seen alot of other suggestions for plugs that were just the BMR6A. What's the difference? Here's a pic of the motor.

Champion RCJ7Y, Bosch WSR6F, NGK BPMR6A...Flat seat with a washer...
Or Champion RDJ7Y, NGK BPMR6F..Angle seat with no washer...Or almost any 14mm spark plug with an R in the number...There is no functional difference.....
BMR spark plugs are short reach and only used in the old G23.....
