THOR 45 UPDATE!!!!!
MY THOR WAS RETURNED, WITH NEW THICKER HEAD GASKET.
CURED ALL PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE.
RUNNING THOR CDI.
TORCH PLUG.

Did you ever find out what the difference in thickness is? I'm really curious about this. Have you measured your transfer and exhaust port timing? i would be curious about this as well. Either way, glad to hear about your success....happy flying!

The engine was surging just above half throtle could not set the high needle at all
now such a difference, so easy to tune runs brilliant,
ADJUSTED HEAD CLEARANCE 1.2MM....www.ripmax.com
