I've been trying to get in touch with Keith at BME for 2 weeks and the phone just rings, and the mailbox states, full. I wonder if the flood got them?

Don't know if this helps, wrong side of the world for me.

It's been noted in another RC forum that he's down an emloyee at the moment and busy with what he does in the shop by himself. The phone is not the preferred method of contact at any time. E-mails are still the best.

Still no word from Keith, not answering his phone and no reply from his E-mail, going on 3 weeks

He is usually monitoring this forum. He must be really swamped, out of town or something.

I can understand that, but would like to hear from him, just hope the floods didn't get him

He is probably on vacation, school is starting soon for kids ya know. I just got back from a vacation, did not touch a computer for 2 weeks. It was kinda nice with no phones or e-mails.

Steve ws on vacation and Keith has been swapped. email is always best with Keith.

No matter how swapped or swamped as the case would be you would think he could return an email or a call in 3 weeks?

Well something must be up, because Keith is a pretty stand up guy. He has always been very helpful, I'm sure I'll hear from him soon

Talked with BME today, 08/01/2007. I purchased the 115 early in July just the time when Keith was waiting on the delivery of the new carburator. Now he is doing exactly what I want him to do, running my motor (and perhaps other customer motors) getting the midrange right.

This is just the price to pay for cutting edge engines. If it was an off the shelf item it would not be cutting edge. You pay your money and you buy what you want. I would rather get it faster, but I don't mind the wait to get the newest version of the BME 115 engine.
