Where can I go to get side by side comparisons / reviews of various props? I have an Evolution 26Gt and want to see who has the very best prop for speed.

I am afraid nobody would do that because there are so many propellers and the
evaluation criteria varies from use to use as well.
You can do that in fact yourself by using the Calculator offered by Pe Reivers:
http://www.mvvs.nl/
Click 'Propellers' on the left and then click the
'Propeller power calculation sheet' link.
You can use it on-line, or download it.

As for that given engine and for Speed, I would add the Price is a important factor because what ever the propeller is made of
it can be broken anyway. I use MARO and I am buying them from www.lindinger.at. They are wooden and low cost and offer
the performance of much more expensive other types. Also shipping cost is very friendly.

Carbon Fiber indeed ! In fact there are very good examples in that Pe Reviers web pageand as well
on www.lindinger.at which seems to be the European's Tower Hobbies shop; very good selection there.
For example Mejzlik or similar ... there are in fact some ones ised in the UAVs, then the price might
go even lot beyond 100 USD per piece.
