Are they still in business? Tried contacting them several times to get a motor overhauled and never got a response.

The phone number on the website still reaches Klaus, leave him a message, or keep trying. The number for Thomas just gets you a fax.

If I remember correctly, Dick Bennett also does service work on Quadra engines as well as others.

Thanks arobatx, I've tried both with no luck as of yet. I'll keep trying although it really ticks me off that trying to get rebuild parts is this hard. Next new engine purchase I'll be sure to vote with my wallet.

What kind of parts do you need?

If it's just a bearing or a carb kit, you don't need Quadra for that. If you give us some more info on the parts you're after, we may be able to point you in a different direction.

LOL, I got lucky and got through to B&B. Was told he can get everything I need. Now I can get off my soap box ... This is a great motor I just really hope the parts trouble I've been having is a fluke. Thanks again guys
