This horse will never be dead......it's too much fun....we still have another month at least.[sm=lol.gif]
RTK...try it. try it. you'll love it. It's always a good idea to get vacations, health insurance, and a new secretary... I did the same thing and love it.

The last e-mail I received a few weeks ago Keith said he was drowning in repairs and still trying to build engines.

So, what (BESIDES a DA 50) would be a good 50cc gasser for a GP Patty? I'm ready to treat myself to a new model; been wanting the Patty for a long time, but have never been able to trust that BME 50....

Does anyone know if this means those that prepaid for the new 50, 55, 58 or whatever may well not see an engine? Since I don't get email or phone call responses I wonder what I can do to get my money back? I'm worried, not that the engine is significantly delayed, but that I may well lose my money. Does anyone have FIRST HAND information on whether those that prepaid will get an engine or their money back?

Who is the Contact Person for the BME engine manufacturing? Am I to assume through this forum , that the old BME email and phone number are not of much use now?

I pre-paid my 115 at the end of July. This was right at the time Keith was experimenting with the 3 needle carb. I did receive my motor at the end of September. It did not have the 3 needle carb but did have the modified 2 needle. Engine works great and I am happy with it. But for a long time I was a little concerned that my money was gone. From everything I read here and the FG site, Keith would not ever rip anyone off. But communication is needed, and only Keith can do that.

I have no ax to grind with BME but wouldn't have one of their engines. I don't like to send stuff off and not get it back within a reasonable time. That's why I fell out with RCIGN.

I had a three year old a long time ago that for a little while liked to always yell "I want it NOW!" It didn't take long to fix that.

Nope, just corrected the impulsiveness. The lesson was a little painful...for the three year old... but it was well learned. Patience, perseverance, and delayed gratification were developed and now the three year old is 30 and a D.A. instead of a self centered brat.
