Default smoke system

hi all i am building a midwest super stearman and i would like to put smoke on it. i will be running a zenoah g26 with a bisson wraparound pitts muffler it has a smoke nipple on it already. i would like to know if i would be able to run it off of muffler pressure like on a glow plane. as for setup i would tap a fitting into the biggest part of the muffler and run a line from this point to the tank vent line i would then run a supply line to the smoke nipple. i would have a pinch style shuttoff valve on the supply line. would this work?

Default RE: smoke system

Most folks running gas engines, without self powered smoke systems, employ the use of nipple installed on the crankcase for pressure.
