Default please help identify this engine

hi can anyone reckonize this thing i bought it used in the late 1980s for $100.00 it ran great on a stand and has an ignition pack that is run off a 4.8volt battery that has no markings on it neather does the engine the bore is 1.415 and the stroke is 1.205 so that workes out to a total displacment of 3.93 cubic inches or 64.44 cc

I got it from a very knowledgeable source that your engine is a Horner Twin. HTH
