I HAVE A US 41 ENGINE, UNUSED BUT SEVERAL YEARS OLD, WHICH I GOT I A PART BUILT PLANE THAT I PURCHASED. I DID NOT GET ANY PAPER WORK ON THE ENGINE, SO HERE IS MY QUESTION. THERE IS A TUBING FITTING ON THE BOTTOM TO THE CRANKCASE, IS THE THE PRESSURE FITTING FOR THE FUEL TANK?

Ghost,
You don't pressurize the fuel tank on gasoline engines. It can be very hazardous.
Since we've been the service center for US Engines, the 41 cc has not had a fitting on the case. The carburetor should have a pump built into it. Just remove the fitting and plug it with a screw.

The fitting you have is designed to be used to transfer crankcase pressure to a pump for a smoke system. As the expert said, you can simply plug this with a screw. Surprised he didn't advise you of the original purpose.
