Default Would this nitro additive work well?

Looking over other sports and hobbies that share same gasoline usage I´ve found this product named Nitro Oxide fuel treatment manufactured by PowerOne USA [link]http://www.poweroneusa.com[/link] , it is a sort of synthetic oil and nitrometane mix to add directly into the fuel tank of the car.
I´m wondering if some of you have any information. Would it benefit our two stroke gas engines just as nitro do with glow engines?
