I hear ya.

I'm not getting responses to my notes either. They need to address this problem in the most expeditious manner possible. Like yesterday.... It's not setting the stage for good customer warm and fuzzies.

Same thing with me. No response to a simple request for a part. Are these guys in business or not!

Hmmmm.... I recall a very lengthy writing, maybe on a web page, regarding taking this brand to a new level.

There's a note on the other site claiming "Guard duty" has him busy at the moment.

Sorry for the delay in answering emails and the phone. Just so everyone knows I was activated Friday the 16th. I had no idea when I was activated that I would be working 12-16 hour days. Monday the 19th I was informed that I was going to be the Rear Detachment Commander and I was going to be signing for all the equipment that was staying behind; my Army Guard unit is deploying to Iraq and there is about 30 or so folks that are not going with them and I am the only officer not going (I am not qualified in the CH-47 yet). That required that I had to do full inventories for 4 line companies and a Head Quarters Company. When I got home last Thursday evening I spent three hours retuning phone calls and still did have the time to answer any emails. I am truly sorry for this getting out of hand. I will be going thru the emails starting tomorrow evening. We had not planned for this to happen so soon. However Tom and I have hired someone to answer the phone and emails.
Next Tuesday Robert will start. Also our new web site will be up the first week of June with pictures of all of the engines. There will also be two numbers on our website now one for me and one for Tom / Robert. I would appreciate your patience as we have every intention of taking care of our customers. There have been a lot of unforeseen issues that we have had to work through to get this business started. We are making progress but we have had a harder time getting venders set up. For instance we had to have the 115 reversed engineered as we were not able to get the CNC files for it. The machine shop that we are using had their 5 axis CNC machine go down for a few days and that also put a delay in getting parts. We are committed to make this one of the best companies in the model engine industry. Again we ask for patience as this develops.

Sincerely,
Andy Snow

I spoke with Tom at BME a couple of days ago. They should have everything together and be meeting the need fairly shortly.
