Default Dubro prop balancer

Can somebody that has the Dubro Tru-Spin prop balancer tell me the length of the shaft the cones slide on?
I can't seem to find any specs anywhere.
I have the original High Point balancer, but the shaft is too short to work on a 3 1/2" spinner. Thanks

The shaft is 5 1/2" long and it is 3 5/8 between the black plastic bearing supports.

I recomend the TF magnetic balancer over the dubro. And yes I have both. I learned to put bigger, longer, rods between the magnets for carrying heavier props and spinners. Now my TF balancer has three different weights of rods and can balance props from 6" to 30" and has balanced a 6" aluminum spinner.

Hello ALTAVILLAN,
What do your rods look like that you use to balance your props up to 30 inches. I cant get my TF to hold my 22in & 23 in props.

I made the base rods a bit longer and made the balance rods longer too. More mass equals greater carrying cappacity. My rods are 1/8" 3/16" and 1/4". The PT prop weighs 6+oz. The 6" spinner is 7+ oz. Much more than a 22x8 wood prop.

The balance rods are now 6 3/8". Your local hardware store will have piano wire in these sizes. Knocking the flux off welding electrodes will work also.
