Default Counterbore reamer with changable pilots

For some time now I have been looking for a 10mm counterbore reamer that you can change the pilots on. Sometimes I want to bore out a 5/16ths inch, or a 3/8ths inch hole in a prop to 10 mm. This comes about when props that were drilled for certain engines are moved to an engine that has a 10mm shaft. I did find counterbores that are 13/32" which is .4062, whereas 10 mm is .3937. I tried grinding down the 13/32 to 10 mm, but I don't have the equipment or skills to do this. Are there any machinists that can grind the counterbore down for a reasonable price?

I have the drill that B & B sells, which is a 10 mm drill bit with the tip ground down to 1/4 inch. It is great for those props with a 1/4" hole, but doesn't fit the bill when trying to drill out props that already have a 5/16 or 3/8 hole.

Thanks,
Cajuncharley

You could use bushings on your existing pilot reamer? Make them from K-S hobby brass?

Check out J&L Industrial Supply.

p.s.
I just checked this out,...
It appears that you will have to purchase a 13/32", 3-flute counter bore (J&L #CIC-46428M, $41.47) and have a cutter grinder shop grind it down to 10mm. This counter bore accepts a 5/32" pilot shank. The 5/16" pilot is J&L #CIP-46571J ($12.16), and the 3/8" pilot is J&L #CIP-46584A ($12.16).

A little costly, but with care it should last you a lifetime cutting wood or fiberglass/nylon only.

It will be much cheaper to just get the right drill with the larger guide from B&B, I have several drills from that have the same large diameter but different start diameters.
