Looks a lot like the one that was on a Precision Aero 4.2 I had. J&A, engines, I think.

I never ran the engine before selling, but I used my C&H tester to check it out. I am pretty sure the guts of the box are C&H.

Thats a very old CH module mount the ignition is a TCSA unit.
