the LED for the ignition has stopped working on my MVVS 26. normally flashes when powered up, but since crashing my Showtime 90 a few months ago i have just rebuild another and found the LED doesn't flash any more.
the ignition does work as i have started the engine, and if anything it seemed to start easier.
any one know what to replace the LED with, and particular type voltage ect. or whats the best way to check the one i have is actually blown. can i just ad voltage if so how much ?

I took the LED light out of a car cigar lighter accesory plug and that works OK on my MVVS 45 ignition which is the S type that uses a 2S LiPo 6.5v too 8.4volts.

i did try to call Puffin Models up first thing this morning, but the chap i needed to talk to wasnt there until this afternoon.
i popped in to Maplins and got a LED and it works as before
the one i got was a N45AT and looks the same as the old one, and only cost 69p
