I am looking for some advice. I have a brand new US Engines 41CC gas engine and I want to put it on the Giant Telemaster ( the 12ft. wingspan TM). Is their a Telemaster flyer in the group that has tried this combination? If not, what are your thoughts on this combination. Thank You for any input you might have

I flew a 12 foot Telemaster with a G38 magneto engine....About 15 years ago...
We covered it with Solartex, so the RTF weight was 19 lbs...Flew OK, SLOW, dive for a loop(barely)...Landed at almost walking speed....I think we used a 20-8 Zinger prop..

Last time I checked, all US 41s have magnetos..Klaus didn't sell the EI version, the company that did quit making the EI version went out years ago....
I still have about 6 new US 41 short blocks I got from Klaus when he was US engines...Might convert a few someday now that RC EXL ignitions are available again...

Well .....shoot. I wasn't aware that the U.S. was only available with a mag now, so a cople of cc's won't change flight performance a twit. You're right about doing the post assembly conversions though. They would sell for sure.
What do you mean "now that RC Exl ignitions are available again"? What did I miss while I was away this time? Speaking of ignitions, I just ordered a couple of new CH units today.
