I currently have the CMPro KATANA 140 V1 with a Super Tiger G-2300 on it. I am looking at building the CMPro KATANA 140 V2 and going with a gas engine. I have heard that a 26cc will fly it but, only fly it. I am looking for an engine that will give me the power I need, when I need it but, not make the plane to heavy. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

The DL 50 should be a good candidate here also being powerful, lightweight and reasonably priced with easy access to spares and service if required.
