Default Piston Rings?

I feel bad about posting problems from something thats NOT R/C.....

I have a Mitsubishi Meiki TLE23 engine than I was cleaning out since it hasint been run for a while, came on a motorscooter I had bought, but I accidently snaped one of the rings on the piston...

Do you guys know of anyone who makes custom rings? I cannot find ANYTHING on this motor so I cannot get replacement parts.

Thank you guys

RC Havoc

Contact Frank at [email protected]. He will make rings to fit better than OEM rings and at a better price than parts houses. I don't see your engine listed in his list but if you send him your piston & cly he will hand fit them to mate up for a custom fit. his phone number is (505) 327-0696, give him a call before you send it to see if he can fix you up.
His mailing address is: Frank Bowman 1211 N Allen Ave. Farmington, NM 87401-3568.

Once the rings warm up from running in the engine, I've seen some bend easily, and some become very brittle. Frank will take care of you.

Frank Bowman is the best in the country. On par with Ralph Cunnigham, the foremost Zenoah expert in the country.
