Default Moki compression, or lack of?

I have two Moki's. a 1.8 and a 1.2.

Both have little time and have great compression. However, the 1.8 has more compression than the 1.2. You would think the other way around?

With the 1.8, at BDC, there seems to be a tad of play on the rod and crank. Or it appears as so. Not in the 1.2, this one feels smoother.

Maybe I have more oil in one. At the moment, they are not in use. I was turning them over.

Is all this typical? Am I making something of nothing?

I'd like to know what the scoop is, because, I am deciding which one to keep. I could use the money, from the sale of one, for another project.

They do both run extremely well.

Thanks,

Charles

Put some fuel in them and then check the compression. Engines have various levels of compression. That's just the way it is.
