The MVVS 91 cylinder can be rotated to a rear-exhaust configuration, as long as this is done before breaking it in. Same was true of the MVVS 77, which is I think now out of production, but may still be in stock here and there. This rear exhaust configuration is a product feature, and does not invalidate the warranty.
