Has anybody tried the new Evolution 50GX yet? I am not looking for a discussion on whether or not you like Evolution engines. I am looking for feedback on the new engine. (If you have a POS 58GX or GX2 laying around that you hate and want to sell cheap so it won't make you mad every time you see it, let me know
) I fly a 58GX and 2 45GXs ... so I am obviously very happy with my experiences with them.

yep i know what you mean i have a 58 also, great power, but it weighs 4lbs.
if the new 50 is like the rest of the MVVS line it will be on top in the power catagory,as far as the rest of the 50's and still only weigh in the mid 3lb. range.
we just need some reports about it.

I wonder if Horizon would let us do a review on the new 50?
I would be more than willing to bolt one to the front of one my planes that need an engine
