Quadra 100 m spark plug gap

Does anyone know what the corect spark plug Gap should be and what is the best plug to use ?

.025-.030, not critical..
Bosch WSR6F
NGK BPMR6
Champion RCJ7Y
Not critical either...
I think they come with the Champion...
