Even with more phone lines there would still be only one Dave![Smile](https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.gif)
At least you just have to wait to talk on the phone, not everything that is supposed to happen after you get off the phone
Won't mention any brands b/c I don't want to start a war.

I know they're great guys and will chat with you forever but may I suggest to them an additional phone line.
Ones for BS and one for taking orders.............

hmmm . .. I always seem to get hold of DA on the 2nd-3rd redial at most. . . same for anyone else in the engine business. But then we DO talk a bit. . perhaps you are calling when I'm ordering a prop? It's amazing the things you learn directly from the sources.
BTW. . they already have two lines. . . .

Email, fax, either of these work for me when the phone line is constantly busy. D.A. is not your Tower Hobbies, I think you need learn to have a little patience, after all once you get hold of Dave Johnson he will take what ever time it needs to answer any questions you may have. You just have to wait your turn!

It is a good thing! Dave and the gang takes their time to make things right. And knowing this makes it okay if the first dozen times the phone is busy. Now things may change in a few weeks when they move. Maybe some dedicated lines for ordering, tech support.....but its still a small business and limitedin its personnel. Be patient, grasshopper!

I have heard you can fax them with your order and they will call you for the details. Due to my grasshopping, I was rewarded with both a ringing phone and a beautifull DA-100 at my front door step!
