I think the 80 is an older design, as it´s not listed anymore, but should run perfectly. I have an 140RV myself, and I regulary fly a friends 3 meter Swiss Trainer powered by a 100RV. It weighs in at around 40-44lb, and tows 1:3 scale 28lb gliders without problems.
Another friend had a 95 single on a large FW190 which powered it perfectly.
The King range of engines is used extensively for for towplanes in Germany, primarily the 100 and 140. The reason they are so popular is because they are timed for low end torque rather than top end power, thereby providing a low noise, powerful tug capable of towing big gliders.
One example is a King 140RV on a homemade silencer, with only a 10mm outlet, driving a 4-blade MenzS 28x10 prop at around 4500-5000rpm. I bet that´s quiet..:-)
My own 140 swings a 3W 32x12 at 4800rpm, and a 4-blade MenzS 26x12 at 5200rpm. This is on a rather restrictive muffler, which seems to muffle the engine nicely.

Run the text, or complete website, through an online translator. It may not be perfect, but still better than nothing. http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ There is not much info on the page either.
This link may work. It´s the "translated" website. http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate...rUrl=Translate

im fitting the engine in a 72" wingspan ultimate. any ideas what size prop to use? im thinking about 22X10 would be a good start. your ideas are appreciated.

You might be a little under propped with a 22-10, We ran a 24-10 on a single 70cc and 26-10 on a ZDZ 80 single, That being a twin it should put out as much as a 70cc single, But not all props are not equal, One 24-10 might have more bite than another brand 24-10

I think people normally use 26x10 props on the 70 single, so your 80 should be able to use the same size prop.
My Zenoah GT-80 spins a MenzS 24x10, but since the King is designed with low rpm "grunt" in mind, unlike the Zenoah which likes high rpm, I think you should be able to stick with the bigger 26" props, thereby getting a very silent setup.
