Need help choosing prop.

I have a Zenoah G62 on an EF Extra 300. It has the electronic ignition and all. I currently have a Vess 23B on it. The motor turns the prop fine but I don't have the pullout that I want. I have seen where someone was running a 22A. Its hard to find people that have experience with the G62 on this type of plane. I am thinking of trying a 23A but am also considering the 22A. If it will perform with the 23A I would like to go with that one. At $30 a prop I hate to keep switching around. Like I said the 23B flies the plane great and does have some pullout but not a whole lot. I bought the used but it has only been flown maybe 20 times including the 4 I have flown it. The motor runs like a top. Another bad thing is the way my props are drilled it would be hard to resale them. The guy I bought it from gave me a 22x8 with the motor but I wanted to use a Vess prop and have yet to try the 22x8. I see where people use 22x10 but I dont want the extra speed. I am sure this has been asked bafore but if you had to compare a Vess 23A to another prop would it be like a 23x8 or what? Thanks for any help.

I have a MT62, which is a G62 clone so this may help. It's in a SD 260 at 17 1/2 pounds and a KS canister.
I found that the Vess 22a has good pullout, but seems under propped in level flight, and is very noisy. The Xoar 23a is really a nice prop good pullout and nice sound. NX 23x8 is the one I like best, flies like the Xoar, but has a even nicer sound in straight flybys, the tiniest bit of a rip, everyone comments on how good the engine sounds when I have this prop on it. TBM 23x8 very low rpm static, but it flies OK, but doesn't have the pullout the other props have.
The G62 experts like to really spin the G62 up, but I aim for 68~6900 rpm static. A Vess 22a turning at 7400 rpms is painfully loud.

I'm just the opposite. My experience with a 22A indicated it was one of the worst props for pull out I've ever used. I'd go with a PAU 22-10 before I even thought about another Vess. If I could find a 24-8 of some type I'd give that a shot as well.

The only thing about using a 24 inch prop is I would have zero room for error due to ground clearance. I think I am going to try the 23A and see what kind of change I get and if it doesn't work I might can get some sort of idea on which way to go. Would a 24x8 not slow the motor down a lot?
