True DLE is great but if you really want a DA keep looking. I see used 100's all the time.

That one for $1199 used with mufflers plus shipping is way too much. Wow.

There's another DA-100L with ignition only that's brand new for $1100 free shipping which is about $65 less than DA if you include DA's $15 shipping cost. I'm sure you're looking to pay much less than that on a used one. IMO this guy is a very trustworthy seller though. That's worth a lot.

Like I said, keep your eye on the ads section. They are there all the time, some of them pretty good deals. The cheapest I saw is about $800 with ignition only if my memory serves me.

There's only been two different DA 100L's listed on there in the last year and they are the same as the current ones

Going back a couple yrs, there were a couple more but they have all been the same price

Well it's JMHO but if the OP just wants a cheap used engine, he's probably going to get one that's been rode hard and put away wet to borrow an equine term.

Seems like I just saw a NIB DA-100L with muffs go for $1100.00 which is a deal, don't know if I'd be buying one from an individual for only $50.00 or so less than DA will sell one tho....

I've got a NIB 100 (it's not the L version) but I'm not entirely sure I want to sell it as it's not hurting anything sitting there on the shelf and who knows what might show up for new models this year?????

I get this and my other favorite web site mixed up alot. It's probably on the other one that I saw most of them.

They are over there but I don't believe any of them are going for less than $900.00 and up. Especially if they are with mufflers and ignitions. If he wanted something inexpensive I have something that would fit most budgets. But not a DA.

There's a DA-150 with ignition that's well used for abound $750. That's cheap.

Especially when most know that anything wrong with it would be corrected by DA for a most reasonable fee, if anything was charged at all.

With everyone going to the 170's the used 150's are going for the price of the 100's. Unless DA comes out with a 110-115 the price of used 100's will stay pretty high.
