Default looking for a cheap way to make a rap around muffler

Hello I am looking for a cheap way to make or modify my stock muffler. as my club is concerned about the noise levels I am in need of a rap around style muffler to fit my RCGF 26cc gas engine I did make one using steel pipes but it wound up to be to heavy. Does any one know of a way to make a cheap muffler using aluminum also will JB weld hold up to the heat.
Thanks a bunch .

In you're neck of the woods the cheapest way is likely calling Bisson Mufflers.
