Default Great Planes SU=31

I have a GP SU-31. It is set up with a DLE 55 for power. it flies well, however, it is difficult in the knife edge. i pulls to the belly real hard. I am looking for advice on how to fix this problem.

Thank you

Ryan

Start by making sure the CG is correct or at least as close as possible to what you want it to be for your flying style. Then program a mix in your Tx, the master is the rudder, the slave is up elevator, start with about 5% up elevator for both directions of the rudder. Make the mix active all the time, you won't notice it at all anywhere but in knife edge flight.

Thank you, I am not sure if the cg is correct or not. if I wanted to fix the problem by moving the cg, could I move the rx batt forward, or would that cause other problems?

Move whatever you need to get the CG where it should be, if you add the mix and get that just right then change the CG it will change the amount of elevator needed in the mix. CG is ALWAYSthe first and most important thing you should get set right, then throws, then thrust angles, then mixes.
