Dick Bennett
I am very surprised that nobody has posted the passing of Dick Bennett of B&B Specialties. He died last Friday as a result of injuries while riding his motorcycle. His contributions to RC gassers and the hobby in general are great. Below is some text from Chris Bergen of Bergen helicopters that was posted in another forum.

Truly a great loss to our hobby.
Dick was often seen at local events and a regular at the Toledo Weak Signals RC show. Several in my club often used his services, one of which was straightening cranks. I had missed this as well. A great loss indeed. I spoke to him about six months ago when I ordered a muffler. A very personable fellow to talk to.

I just saw this and I am in shock.... I just spoke with him earlier last week....he was a great contributor to this hobby... we were good friends and he will be greatly missed.... I know he is in heaven now....
