Thanks Mark, its a good start. There is another article that i read a few years ago which went into more detail which i shall continue to search for.

FWIW The OPS is well made but has a few odd bits. The orginal Delorto carb should be considered a paper weight. The 30 is a stroker, so a ST 3000 will out turn it on an 18" prop. But on a 20" prop the OPS wins.
